Repairs to Gas Cooker - Carron 1200G?

Our Gas Cooker is Carron 1200 G. Some parts of the Burners are worn and need replacement. One of the Control Knobs is not turning any more. It is a great Cooker and we need it to be repaired as soon as possible.
