Techko Shredder problem?

Techko "Duratech" SH6010CP, will not sense paper. Have cleaned the eye, .Runs in reverse, runs in the CD, credit card slot, but wont sense & run with paper in the paper slot.
Suspect bad sensor. It is a plug in 4 wire type. Not sure where to get?
