UPVC door lock barrel?

Ive lost the keys for my plastic porch door. Ive got a replacement barrel but i need the old key to remove the old barrel as it seems to need a quarter turn to enable it to slide out. Ive removed the locking screw from the door edge. Anyone got any suggestions please.
