I have an 80's Tizio Lamp. The tabs on the base plate that connect it to the rotating plate have broken. I have the replacement base but can't get the old broken plate off. Two long screws came out easy but there are two tiny recessed nuts that seem to still hold the base plate on. I could not find a ratchet that fits the nut and would fit into the recess.
