How do I program my cash register Royal 8160NT?

I tryed to get an instruccion manual without luck. I am located in South America, nobody knows how to program, please HELP!... I will really appreciate.

I have a manual and the same cash register. I am also not able to put in the tax % . I fellow the instructions and it dosen't work. I can't figer what Im doing wrong.
