i have a lane recliner but no where can i find the name of it. The serial # is 016896945.

Started having trouble with the reclining, turned the chair over (of course it's 3 months past the year warenty) and I can see that a spring has come loose, a small spring about 2" long on the recliner lever side, right side of chair and i can't see where it fits back in. called the store where i bought it and was told just to look at it would be $50.00!!!

It reclines but the kind of grinding noise it makes isn't good.

Can you send me a picture of where this spring reattaches please?
