Can I fix a sanivite 3?

Sink not draining Saniflow doesn't appear to " kick in" all draining water from sink backs up into dishwasher! Can the unit be serviced or will I have to renew?

Yes the machine can be serviced look at the silver rating lable on the machine for the telephone number and give them a ring.

Might only be a membrane or NRV.
