Peugeot 206 is jumping above a certain rev and speed?

I have Peugeot 206 and when the revs get to a certain level (nearing 50mph ) it splutters and jumps!
I have a diagnostic code of P1327..any ideas.. as i am worried about of cost of going to a dealership!!
