Worcester28i junior?

I have a Worcester 28i junior the heating and hot water are working except my sink hot water tap runs slowly then then goes off as if there is air in the system

If hot water running is OK in bath and kitchen sink than it's problem with hand basin tap may be washer if old one ,try to undo head from tap than try
