My fridge at the top is warm and my freezer is over freezing?

I have a Samsung Cool n Cool fridge No frost. The fridge light no longer works and the fridge is no loger cool as it was and my freezer is now covering all my food in ice. I can't even make ice in the tray as it gets stuck now
