i Have a maytag MAV2755AWW ?

I have a Maytag MAV2755AWW. What causes the cloths to stay sloppy wet after the finale spin is finished. They are so wet that you have wring them out by hand. Plus I don't hear the rinse cycle staying on to make the clothes be so wet.

Probably not spinning fast. Put machine on final spin & start. Open the lid and use something to press the lid switch so you can look at what is happening while the lid is open. You will be able to see if it spins or not.
