camera is broken?

i dropped my lumix f3 and now the lens wont go back in, the camera says turn it off then on again but nothing hapens when i do this, the lens is half way in and wont move

There is nothing to be done other than take it to the camera doctor.

Or get a new one (with accident insurance perhaps)
