Vauxhall Vectra GSi 2.5/V6 1999. Rear wheel bearings?

My GSi is immaculate and I have owned from new , it has covered 48000 miles and has developed a rumbling at the rear.
I suspect wheel bearings, what sort of job is it to fit new bearings
