After a wash cycle the machine won't empty. There are 4 lights that come on after the cycle which are door locked , wash, rinse&spin and final spin these lights stay permanently on. I have tried a couple of different rinse cycles and the same thing. We have taken the hose from the back and have unblocked it but not sure what else we can do at this stage.
