How do I set up the carburettor on a Challenge Extreme Petrol Push Mower?

I would like to know how to set up the carburettor on a Challenge Extreme Petrol Push Mower as mine will not fire up and run no matter what I try to do.

remove the sparkplug.clean it.heat sparkplug up.refit whilst red hot and start mower.would be wise to check you have a spark if still no joy.
