How to get my schott oven to work?

The oven clock is flashing on the display but I'm struggling setting the time for the oven to come on. Can anyone help me out thx.!

If the clock flashes then depress and hold in buttons 2&3 from the left and use the Plus & Minus buttons to set the time - any time will do - let go all buttons - cook away.
