How can I free my accelerator?
My ex Devon Leyland DAF county library van has stood for two years. I started the engine brieflt this time last year. It now starts with a roar. The throttle is clearly wide open. Can anyone tell me whether freeing the accelerator is a major job and where do I start! Many thanks in anticipation.
