my hoover nextra fridge/freezer not freezing?

The fridge is working and the freezer is compresser working okay its coldish but not freezing any ideas

manually defrost for 24 hrs then restart appliance.if it then fails to cool but runs suspect gas issue and an expensive repair bill.If it does appear to work and is a frost free model then it might be an auto defrost issue.this would need testing
