Called heatsurge, did what they told me to do,works on low but when switched to high after 45min.onlow it blows for 2-3minutes and shuts everything off including the fireplace. Any suggestions how to fix this or have someone near Sycamore, Illinois do it for me? Need your help please! Just purchased in Jan.2013,Model M7.
