Ask the dealer who installed your alarm system. Alternatively, ask the police.

You'll need a proof that you are the actual resident of the place.

The procedure is system specific. Also, telling you here would make is overly easy for thiefs to neutralise alarm systems, and make it horible for the legitimate occupent, by reseting the password when breaking in...
