Put machine on a normal wash this morning. Drum filled with water and washing liquid gone from drawer but noticed after 15 minutes that the machine wasn't spinning.

Stopped the wash and drained machine as per the user guide. Have tried to use spin cycle but drum still not moving.

If it had a problem it would be flashing a error code.

Try it empty, on spin only.
