I have a Samsung R21 and it seems to need to be defrosted ever coupe of week someone told me to turn the water off but that has not made it any better. Now it just starts frosting on its own. Please can you help,

the defrosting heater may be faulty which would cause the problem or if you have kids in the house make sure they don't bang the doors closed which can cause the opposite one to partially open causing temp rise and a blockage which I have seen to happen in these samsung
