I have a Hotpoint Ultima FFA97 fridge/freezer. The fridge is set at 4 degrees but gets very cold & freezes some of the items in it. I have reset it to 5 degrees but it does not seem to reach this as the arrow is still flashing after 3 days. Any suggestions please?
