we have a leather sofa with two recliners. when we recline or move the recliners back to the close postion the leather rubs against itself and makes a very annoying noise. What can we apply to make this noise stop.

on occasion people mention noises due to materials rubbing on upholstered furniture. Recliners will always do it. It is possible for a quick spray of silicone to reduce noise, although it can also shorten the life of leather. The silicone has been known to sometimes make the noise louder. The advice has to be: live with it - It's only a problem because you see it as such.
