SKY Reception?

Some of the channels I receive on my SKY Box freeze, you can hear the audio but the pictures are lousy

Sky came and replaced my box - no better. It is a problem with the dish LMB - All the forums and web sites say the same.It was affecting the same channels every time the picture break up came

You could try resetting the box; disconnect power cord from box. Wait 5 seconds, use sky remote, press POWER and BACKUP at same time, get someone to plug in the cord again, and it will go thro a re-set mode. It will restart on the setup channel (generl info) - worked for me.
