the clutch on my Renault Espace 2.2 dt had felt abit stiff since brought it 3 weeks ago, but put it down to size of it. has drove fine alittle slack on steep hills & small oil drips on &off, took short drive to shop & started fine put into 1st to pull away & clutch pedal hit the floor & no longer returns, didnt feel like a snap but as if foot slipped off pedal. anybody help PLEASE :S

if you have been losing fluid from the bottom of the g/box there is a good chance your release bearing in the bell housing is at fault and usually is a g/box out job,whilst out it would be false economy if you didn`t replace the whole clutch assy
