My domestic water pump keeps starting up every 10 minutes?

My DAB 100M domestic water pump keeps starting up every 10 minutes, even when no water has been drawn. I've checked and tightened every joint, and cannot see any leaks anywhere. No taps are dripping. Starts running when pressure gauge shows 20psi, and stops when pressure reaches 60psi. Should I increase the pressure by pumping the bladder to it's maximum 100psi?

If you have a shallow well system you have a leak either in your suction line or your foot 'check' valve is faulty and you are losing pressure there. Most likely its your check valve in the well.
