i forgot to produce z-report, how will i produce that same report that i forgot to produce?

If you haven't printed a Z report, it will just be totalling up until you next print it. So, if you leave it for two days, there will be two days totals in the memory. You can still print it but it will cover a larger period. Depending upon the model, some can print a journal to show the sales for each day.
