downlights in bathroom?

/hi, we have downlights in our bathroom, the individual bulbs are wired to the circuit, how do we go about changing them? do we need a specific type of bulb?

You should not have downlights in a bathroom unless thay are for a bathroom? it would be frist for me to see downlights in a bathroom potentially lethal
