a friend just gave me abrand new Russell Hobbs montana,mode:10585, 360degrees codless kettle,it worked for the first two days and then stopped.it just stopped working.l dont know whether l didnt use it ryt the first tym.l need help on how to fix it.everything looks nornal.what can l do?
