you have to repair the fault then delete the fault from your ECU.Try disconnecting battery,leave for 1/2 an hr and unplug and reconnect the seat belt pre tensioner wiring,usually under front seats,if the light is still on then a suitable code reader will be needed for a more in depth look,MOT fail so it will need repaired,good luck.
