I have a Newworld built in oven model no 208587080. Top oven cuts out and doesn't reach temp requested. Main oven doesn't get hot enough to cook roast pots. (Takes 2.5 hours to go brown). Also when main oven is on high steam pours out of the top of the oven door.
Can anyone suggest what the problems are?

you need to have an oven cavity temperature test done and if low thermostats changed.Seems odd both faulty but not unheard of.Is the steam coming from the cooling fan or actually out of the oven door/seal?.if via door seal this will effect oven temp
