how do i fix my citroen c8s sliding door it wont open?

as above the door trys to open but stops

i had this problem. the interior door trim came loose and was catching on the door frame. the clips that hold it on the door broke and lets it wobble about. try pushing the trim back onto the door and maybe it will stay in place a bit longer.
