Freezer keeps defrosting?

Mr frsu20dci freezer won't go below minus 10 and the temperature keep rising to 0 on a daily basis fans appear to work but it just won't get properly cold

if compressor gets red hot and cuts out but only at -10 then you may have a gas/system issue in which case scrap it!
