E99 Error Electrolux Induction Hob?

Occasionally this pops up and locks me out of using the hob. It took a good while to clear on the past 2 occasions now it's on all the time. On/off at the socket doesn't affect it.

I also have the E lightning 4 places and 99 in the timer location for my Electrolux induction hob
