it's in a locked position blinking zeros and i can get it to log on. HELP

it the paper or cutter mec swictch..
micro switches on the paper holder or the switch on the cutter block...

Blinking usually indicates a lack of paper. Make sure both paper rolls are seated correctly. If one has almost run out, try changing it.
