wiring horstmann centaurstat 7?

swapping honeywell stat to horstman, two wires i presume live and swithed,the centaurstat 7 has 1234 could you please advise is 1 live and 3 swich

2 is heat demand (switch live)
3 is cooling (switch live)

so if your using it for central heating it would be live in 1 and switch live in 2
if your using it for an air con then live is 1 and switch live is 3

you need live in 1 and switch live in 2
