My alarm system is set for back and front door entrance, the entry via the backdoor works fine giving me time to put off the alarm. When I come in the front door it goes off before I can put in the code Help thanks
We could of saved you a tech support call if you had given us more info.
We assumed a faulty door contact because "contacts SHOULD be fitted to all entry/exit doors on all installations.
Simply running a system with only pir's is low standards and a sure sign of a lazy installer.
Glad you got it sorted though.

Thanks for the response to my question. I went to Texecom.com and they stated it could be a PIR problem. I dismantled and reinstalled and all is OK Thank You

Stuck front door contacts if it worked ok before.
You keypads will show what zone has triggered the alarm,so what's lit or displayed when you use the front door.
Me betting zone 2 hallway PIR.
