WAter in salt dispenser?

I have an Aeg oko favorit 50700 sensor logic and have water in the salt dispenser, how do I get rid of this? Do I need to clean filters, if so how?

that's how it works.fills with water.slowly tip salt in and stir with a wooden spoon if you have allowed it to become totally empty.as salt goes in water comes out.tighten lid on salt container and use.job done
