My LG washing machine is 3 year old, was working very well. It was on the load and suddenly the electricity went off the whole house due to the machine (not because of electricity fault). But as soon as we on the Machine, the whole electricity went off again. I have drained all water out from the hose of the machine, put out all load, kept empty for two days and tried again but it did not work, instead it put the electricity off again. checked the fuse is working with other appliances, the socket is working as well but as soon as this machine is on it does not work. Could you possibly advise me please.

heating element to earth and faulty.to prove this use a test meter or disconnect wiring to element and insulation tape all the wires making note which ones come from which terminals on the element.now retest with element out the circuit.If it doesn't trip you are on your way to solving the issue
