I have a pearl necklace & it came apart & 3 pearls fell off . Can it B fixe?

I also have the three pearls that fell off they are knotted between each one . Is there a way to have fixed without costing a lot of money ? Thank you

Yes, usually the better quality pearls can even be strung together on string/twine, but most definitely it can be repaired. If it is on wire it just makes the job even easier.
