Your problem is very common and best yet very easy to fix:)
Theres a membrame switch inside the control panel,20 bucks and super easy to replace. This will fix the push forward button machine runs backwards. When replacing the switch its a good idea to use some contact cleaner or alcohol on the circuit board. give me a call if you want telephone tech support is always free:)
