Optima XM6 intruder alarm keeps going off and showing a light next to TAMPER. New battery has been installed yesterday. Family have been in all the time, no one has had chance to tamper with anything.

Failing that then check the PA circuit " Attack"???.

Ain't got PA button then check the link across the pcb's PA terminals.

If it was ok before then you have disturbed something?.
