dimplex x1b no heat and no flame effect fan?

Hi I have a three year old Dimplex optiflame x1b with no flame effect fan and no heat any ideas?

It needs a new PCB the bulbs sometimes short circuit when they blow and damage the pcb,if you buy 9watt spiral fluorescent lamps from B&Q they last 10 times longer and use a lot less power
