Ravenheat 820/20 boiler?

Our Ravenheat 820/20 boiler wont fire up on DHW or CHG . Any clues would be helpful as to solving the problem.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. After changing the divertor valve and a few other tweeks the boiler is working ok.
