I have a Panasonic Microwave NN-A524 and I accidentally knocked the bottom hook off just as I was shutting the door. I can't get it to open now or work in any way but when I switch it on at the wall the light is on and the turntable is going round. Does anyone have any ideas? My macaroni and cheese is inside it.
