the machine stops in cycle after filling - the motor sounds as though it is trying to turn but failing - can you change the motor brushes on this motor or does it mean a complete replacement

At that point well before error "LE" in display ,back open, power on, display washing it is lying. unplug blue connector test for110 volts AC left side. All three should be hot-97to110VAC, if not replace the controle board. The "Brain",top right inside back$$$.My understanding from a repair video on YouTube.
