There is another product called Stormsure. It is a clear urethane adhesive, which sticks to virtually everything. It cure as a flexible layer, and is very strong, flexible and waterproof.
Available on Ebay and the web from many outlets.

Try Shoo Goo. It is a kind of liquid plastic that solidifies in 24 hrs after application. The only problem is that you have to be careful in applying the Goo. It is very viscous and tends to stick to everything when you try to spread it on the bonding area. The plus side is that it is very reliable and long lasting. The product costs $5 and should be available from your local CVS store or Walmart.
