Sometimes reset works, sometimes one has to power off and start again. This has been happening many times over the past 5 years.
I wake up and think err 501 and have to go out and check the boiler before having a shower. The engineers have been out three times and get it working but not for long. Genus 35 I think with wireless thermostat
