How do i fix the fill valve in a dual push button Ideal Standard toilet, water is overflowing into the bowl. I've adjusted the float - no difference. I can't how to change the valve, I can't access the bottom of the cistern to remove it (back to the wall toilet). Can I remove the valve without removing the cistern?
